We all know how stressful moving home can be. Add a last minute delay that results in your move date changing at the last minute and it can become a nightmare. Luckily the Removal Zone team were AMAZING. Thank you to Gergana who provided the quote, made our booking and then changed it twice with no fuss and always with a friendly and professional message. Thanks also to Erol and Renato who moved us from a 2 bed flat on the 4th floor with restricted access for the van to a 3 bedroom town house in under the time quoted. They were hard working, professional and friendly guys from start to finish. My experience of using Removal Zone was more than satisfactory. It was extraordinary for cost, responsiveness, efficiency and customer service. I would highly recommend using Removal Zone to friends and family.

The Removals Zone team delivered an excellent service. The men worked very hard to get everything moved within the estimated time. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again! They also packed all fragile items properly to prevent any accidental damages.
I moved recently to Chelmsford and I found the quote very competitive. The office did a great job organising the move. The team delivered an efficient service - they packed everything with care and made it on time at the other end (despite they waited for half an hour at the pickup address). This is my first time using their removal services, but I’ll certainly call Removals Zone again if I plan on moving later on.
I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the Removals Zone team for their professional service, about the enthusiasm and friendliness. I had to change accommodations and it was stressful enough for me to also care about preparing and packing the furniture and the moment the boys came this was the end of my worries.
